With a vibrant background that began in Jamaica, Nikki now calls Bay Area, California, home. 

She juggles her life as an author, devoted wife, and proud mom of two adult kids while managing the delightful chaos of a dog and two playful cats.

Nikki is not just a storyteller but also the founder of Caring Haven, a senior care agency dedicated to providing dignity and support for seniors. With a passion for community service, she is currently working on establishing a nonprofit to support family caregivers, proving that her heart knows no bounds!

She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, Certified DEI Practitioner, and a Notary!
